Key Information (Please Read Before Booking)
- Venue - Oaklands Community Pool (Lordshill, SO16 8LX).
- This event is for trans+ adults aged 18+
- Booking closes on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 (for those without accessibility needs)
- For anyone with accessibility needs, booking must be done before Monday 20th April so so we can share the information with the pool and ensure appropriate arrangements are made where possible.
- All attendees need to bring valid photo ID – without it, you will not be able to attend (further information will be in the confirmation email)
- We have limited Beyond Reflections staff on site and cannot provide individual physical or personal support

Non-members
We are now opening the social to non-members, please book your ticket below.
Carer tickets
If you need a carer they will be welcome. Please input their name on the form when you book their ticket so they can be checked off the list on arrival.
Accessibility & Additional Needs
If you have any accessibility requirements, such as needing to use the pool hoist, please book your ticket and email [email protected] before Monday 20th April so we can share this information with the pool and ensure appropriate arrangements are made where possible. We appreciate this is short notice but they may need to arrange for additional staff to be on shift.
Please note that we have limited members of our team on site and are not able to provide individual physical or personal assistance during the session, but we will work with the venue team to support reasonable adjustments wherever we can.
You are also welcome to share any other information that would help us support your comfort and wellbeing at the event.

By booking to attend our Swimming Social, you are confirming that you are comfortable in the water and able to swim.
