- Venue - Oaklands Community Pool (Lordshill, SO16 8LX).
- This event is for trans+ adults aged 18+
- Booking closes on Wednesday 10th June.
- All attendees need to bring valid photo ID on their first visit – without it, you will not be able to attend (further information will be in the confirmation email)
- We have limited Beyond Reflections staff on site and cannot provide individual physical or personal support

Booking deadline
The final date for booking a ticket is Wednesday 10th June 2026 after which the booking site will be closed.
For those without accessibility needs, we can be a little more flexible. If you've missed the deadline and the booking site has closed, please email [email protected] to see if we can fit you in.

Carer tickets
If you need a carer they will be welcome. Please input their name on the form when you book their ticket so they can be checked off the list on arrival.
Accessibility & Additional Needs
If you have any accessibility requirements, such as needing to use the pool hoist, please book your ticket and email [email protected] before Wednesday 10th June. This deadline is fixed for those who have accessibility needs, as the pool will need to put additional staff on shift.
Please note that we have limited members of our team on site and are not able to provide individual physical or personal assistance during the session, but we will work with the venue team to support reasonable adjustments wherever we can.
You are also welcome to share any other information that would help us support your comfort and wellbeing at the event.
