- All attendees need to bring valid photo ID on their first visit – without it, you will not be able to attend (further information will be in the confirmation email)
- We have limited Beyond Reflections staff on site and cannot provide individual physical or personal support

Friends of Beyond Reflections – £5
This discounted ticket is for current Friends of Beyond Reflections. If you are not currently a Friend, please select the non-member ticket instead. Carer tickets
If you need a carer they will be welcome. Please input their name on the form when you book their ticket so they can be checked off the list on arrival.

Accessibility & Additional Needs
The pool has a pool hoist and accessible changing facilities. If you need to use the pool hoist or require additional support from pool staff, please book by Wednesday 16th September. This deadline is fixed for those who have accessibility needs, as the pool will need to put additional staff on shift.
Beyond Reflections has limited staff on site and cannot provide individual physical or personal assistance during the session. We will work with the pool team to support reasonable adjustments wherever possible.
