The hardship fund is for individuals who would otherwise struggle to pay for services. Funds for this come from donations and training income.
If you need support, please apply below, and we will review your application, typically within two weeks.
If you are on Universal Credit, please state this on your application and send us a screenshot of your active Universal Credit award notice (screenshot of last month's online statement or scan of paper award notice) when prompted after submission.
If you are on PIP please send a copy of your PIP award notice.
Students should submit a copy of their valid student ID.

Providing proof of Universal Credit award/PIP will automatically qualify you for the reduced £5 per month fee.
All other reasons for applications will be considered on a case by case basis, please detail information on the form below.
