To help us keep this event safe, welcoming, and supportive for everyone attending, all non‑members must complete the approval process before the swimming social.
Once we receive your registration form, we’ll get in touch to arrange a short video call. This helps us verify your details and gives you the chance to ask any questions about the event.
After your booking has been approved, we will then send you a booking/payment link and provide the full venue details.
You must receive confirmation that your booking has been approved before attending. Please also remember to bring valid photo ID with you on the day. Unfortunately, anyone arriving without an approved booking will be turned away at the door. Likewise, if you have paid but arrive without valid photo ID, we will not be able to admit you and we won’t be able to offer a refund.
These steps are in place to protect the safety and wellbeing of everyone attending, and we really appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
